As part of Kardan University commitment to achieving Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 4: Quality Education, Kardan University's Department of Economics organized training on "Cryptocurrency and Its Future Predictions" for its students on April 20, 2021, at the Parwan-e-Du campus to understand the importance of cryptocurrency for the economy and its role in the stock markets.
Mr. Stoorai Khan, the founder of Khan Network Academy in Austria, delivered this training and explained exciting topics about cryptocurrency for the students, including blockchain technology, current and future value of cryptocurrency, and current level of trust in the global market on cryptocurrency. He also helped the students to know the ways to purchase and use cryptocurrency.
"Today's training was a good opportunity for our students to learn more about cryptocurrency and its future predictions. We had more than 30 participants, which shows students' interest in such important topics," said Qais Mohammadi, Academic Administrator for the Department of Economics at Kardan University.
Samim, a student of BSc. Economics thanked the University for organizing such essential training with foreign instructors' participation and said that recent training had helped him to advance his knowledge of economics.
During this training, students also shared their viewpoints about cryptocurrency and asked related questions from the guest speaker.
