The Faculty of Economics at Kardan University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC). Signing the MOU is a milestone for the initiation of bilateral cooperation between two organizations in academic affairs. The MoU was signed by Mirwais Nahzat, Kardan University’s Chief Operating Officer, and Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Minister of Industry and Commerce on December 13, 2020.

The main objective of this MoU is to foster the cooperation of Kardan University with sectorial ministries in Afghanistan. Based on this MoU, Kardan University will cooperate with MOIC to facilitate the start, growth and development of Startups in Afghanistan. The university will also cooperate in conduction of joint research with MOIC. However, MOIC will cooperate in providing joint seminars, workshops, internship and training opportunities to the students of Kardan University.

The Faculty of Economics at Kardan University consists the Department of Bachelor’s in Business Administration, the Department of Bachelor’s in Economics, and the Department of Master’s in Business Administration, and is aimed to build strong relationship with various national and international organizations, and expand mutual cooperation with them.
