Office of Career Services organized one-day workshop on Job Search to assist students who did not know how or where to look for jobs and how to present their qualifications effectively to employers and recruiters. During the workshop we helped students that how to access the hidden job market, how to impress potential employers and recruiters, how to make connections in their field and successfully land a position that meets their needs and the various sources of job leads. Job seekers learned how to analyze and resolve their own particular unemployment problems.
After the successful completion of this workshop, the participants were able to:
-Develop the skills needed, to find employment as quickly as possible
-Identify their skills
-Complete online job application forms
-Research local employers and the job market through online job portals.
