Eligibility
- Mentees should be hard-working and talented upper-year undergraduate students in their third or fourth year
- Be able to communicate with a mentor at least once a month through appropriate channels (i.e., email, phone, in person, etc.)
- Be able to attend the mentorship events
- Fill the online application form
Mentee Responsibilities
- Be available
- Be engaged
- Respect mentor's time and efforts invested in your development
- Be open to thoughtful conversations related to professional development, including suggestions and feedback
- Active listening
- Have clear goals and expectations
- Maintain privacy/confidentiality
- Notify the University of any issues during your time as a mentee
- Provide feedback about your experience through evaluation surveys
