Public Outreach Executive, NETLINKS LTD

Mohammad Maseeh Shams

Mohammad Maseeh Shams pursues a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) at Kardan University and currently works as a Public Outreach Executive at NETLINKS LTD, the largest ICT company in Afghanistan. He has also worked with Bright Point Consulting company.

Mr. Shams has worked on many impactful and valuable projects in the business sector, contributing to bringing positive changes in Afghanistan. His activities targeted youths and individuals in the private sector, which are as follow:
• Assisting in implementing and organizing the Founder Institute 2019 incubation program, in which 15 businesses were established, 50% of which were women-owned
• Writing a social and revenue-based business plan for Nove Onlus (Pink Shuttle Project), a public transportation system for women by women drivers in Kabul
• Facilitating the communications of Tamveel (the first impact investing in Afghanistan) to reach the target audience, invest in potential businesses, and provide professional digital communication roadmap, social media strategy, and website development
• Managing entrepreneurship awareness events in Mazar, Herat, and Kandahar where participants learned the modern practices of doing business and self-development topics
