Arash Sahebe

Arash Sahebe is a Ph.D. Scholar on Afghanistan Taxes at Limkokwing University Malaysia. He completed a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a finance specialization from Kardan University.

Mr. Sahebe has published a book titled 'Government's Modern Taxation System & Practices in Afghanistan'. He has written ten research papers published in international journals such as AIJBM Scopus Index, IJCRT, IJRAR, and JETIR.

He has delivered taxation, accounting, and financial workshops in more than 25 universities in Afghanistan. He has also worked in different capacities with renowned national and international organizations. Serving as a Cash Management Specialist in Kabul Bank, where he managed an extensive portfolio of the branches' daily operations and coordinated with the government to improve Afghanistan's internal revenue by collecting taxes, is a clear example.

Mr. Sahebe is the Founder and President of Sahebi Financial Services (SFS). Since 2012, he has delivered tax advisories and services to more than 450 international and national entities in Afghanistan. He is currently leading the association of financial consultancy companies in Afghanistan and the Deputy Chairman of the Tax Policy Commission at International Chambers of Commerce (ICC).
