Sayed Mansoor Shah Sadaat

Sayed Mansoor Sadaat Sadaat concurrently completed two bachelor’s degrees – a BBA with a specialization in Finance from Kardan University and a B.A in English Literature and Linguistics from Kabul University in 2013.

Mr. Sadaat joined UNDP Afghanistan in July 2018 as a procurement associate where he used to fight against TB, HIV, and Malaria across the country by the provision of quality treatment and healthy products from international suppliers and manufacturers that are WHO certified.
Before that, Mr. Sadaat served as a procurement specialist at AECOM International and Islamic Relief, two renowned international NGOs.

Mr. Sadaat has seven years of rich experience as a senior English Language lecturer at the leading private universities of Afghanistan. At this role, he wrote a book, developed curriculum, designed market-driven ESL systems, introduced effective teaching methodologies and taught advanced subjects.

As a debate expert, he earned two times debate championship title and took Afghanistan debate level from national to international standard. Being one of the founders of ODSAO, Mr. Sadaat led ODSAO as a president and vice president over 3000 university students were professionally trained in debate and public speaking.

Mr. Sadaat won the first best Individual Speaker Award at City Debate Championship Tournament launched by IFES in 2010 and participated at Model United Nations Conference held in India in November 2018.
