Masouda Khairkhawa

Ms. Masouda Khairkhwa is currently pursuing a bachelors’ degree in Business Administration (BBA) at Kardan University. She has taken English Language courses in Pakistan and completed high school at Qala-e-Murad High School in Kabul with an outstanding average score of 95%.

Currently, she works as an HR Assistant at the Regional Agricultural Development Program – East (RADP–E), a 5-year USAID funded program designed to address the demand for agricultural goods and services by partnering with the private sector to develop inclusive, growth-oriented apricot, dairy, poultry and tomato value chains in the central and eastern provinces of Afghanistan
Ms. Khairkhwa also served as HR Officer at BRAC International/Afghanistan (2014-2019), where she sued to provide support in implementing development programs in Education, Health, National Solidarity as well as capacity development in the country.

She was recognized for her outstanding academic performance by USAID and the Asia Foundation. She also has undergone several pieces of training such as Fraud Management by DAI – U SAID, Leadership by BRAC –Afghanistan DFID –UK, HR Champions Talks by LLC and many more.
