40 Under 40 Award Winners

Ahmad Shahir Saifi

Ahmad Shahir Saif holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Kabul University and is now an undergraduate student of the Business Administration Department of Kardan University.

He has served as the President of Kabul University's Cultural Committee and led many cultural and academic programs. He has recently established an NGO titled 'Endeavor for Provision of Opportunities and Cooperation to Humanity Organization' focusing on two sectors: Health and Education.
He also established a charity group called Hadia to provide shelter and donate warm clothes to needy children and families, especially during the winter season.

Mr. Saifi established a book club titled 'Elites Book Club' during his study tenure at Kardan University. Club members have read more than 200 books and had discussions about academic, economic, and social topics.

He is the co-founder of a Consultancy that focuses on academic translations, seminars, training, and other beneficial projects. Through different initiatives he has undertaken, Mr. Saifi implemented Health & Education projects funded by the World bank.
