Sayed Rifatullah Ihsan

Sayed Rifatullah Ihsan earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Project Management from Al-Falah University. He completed a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Kardan University in 2018. While reading for his master’s degree, he played a crucial part in the COMAC project implemented by Blumont, USAID.

As a successful professional, he has worked with private, national, and international organizations over the past couple of years. He served as an Executive Officer with Nangarhar Information and Culture Department and as the Deputy Coordinator with Lincoln Learning Center in Jalalabad.

Mr. Ihsan has also implemented volunteer services and achieved appreciation certificates from civil societies, government agencies, and the US Embassy in Kabul.
