Gul Rahim Akhtar

Gul Rahim Akhtar is a graduate of the Civil Engineering Department of Kardan University and is now pursuing a master's degree in Hydraulic Engineering at Gaziantep University, Turkey.

During his study tenure at Kardan University, his academic performances have been outstanding, and received three consecutive years' academic excellence awards. He completed his bachelor's degree with a CGPA of (3.86).

Mr. Akhtar has worked as a Site Engineer with Universal Star Construction and Engineering Services (USCE), through which he substantially took part in construction activities in different provinces of Afghanistan.

His keen passion for learning and expanding his field knowledge helped him pursue a master's degree in one of Turkey's finest universities. Mr. Aktar is a great role model for the young generation who strongly believes in hard work and commitment to serving his people and country.
