Mr. Mohammad Tariq Roostayee is the founder of Extra Reliable Software House which delivers software and technological service to the Afghan nation. Different management information systems (MISs) and applications are developed and implemented into governmental organizations and local markets under his leadership and management.
He is a professional software engineer who has more than 6 years’ experience in the field of software and digital systems development and implementation.
He has strong software backend and frontend design skills which has designed outstanding and qualified database structures, software flow diagrams and software user interfaces for different organizational and non-organizational organizations.
Currently, He works as a Management Information System (MIS) developer in ministry of agriculture, irrigation, and livestock (MAIL). He has outstanding innovation and performance in creation of electronic and digitalized systems in the MAIL, which causes increase of quality, speed, and accuracy in official work processes. He has worked as Web coordinator with Ministry of Telecommunication and IT (Salam GSM Network).
He almost could change the paper-based time-consuming systems into digitized, accurate and robust management information systems in few years of his working periods. He has great accomplishment in development and implementation of procurement management information system, procurement process monitoring management information system, task management information system, question bank monitoring system, finance management information system, human resource management information system, Inventory management information system, agriculture, and livestock price analysis management information system and crops calendar. These systems have useful impact on work process quality and report reliability for the implemented organizations.
He has valuable experience in software requirement engineering, software design, software development, software project management, budget management, time scheduling, staff management, and software risk management.
