Sudaba Zahidi

Ms. Sudaba Zahidi graduated from Chemical Engineering Faculty of Kabul Polytechnic University in 2017 and currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) Degree, at Kardan University. She is a Certified Expert in Financial Inclusion Policy from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (2019).

She launched her startup of Business Plan Writing and Financial Consultancy under the name of “SZ Business Plans” and gradually by passing of time, she became the co-founder of first event decorating company by the name of “Afghan Girl décor”, operating in Kabul/Afghanistan.

She also has experience working with the government; she has worked with Ministry of Industry and Commerce as Technical Consultant to Deputy Minister for Private Sector Development and Industries since 2018 and currently working with Da Afghanistan Bank (Central Bank of Afghanistan) as Gender Analyst to Financial Inclusion Department.

During her master's degree with Kardan University, she has received The Academic Excellence Awards for “Spring and Fall-2017” sessions. Also she has received several appreciation letters from Afghan-Turk Girls High School and a bronze medal from ANASCO national projects.
Recently, she was selected as the representative of Afghanistan for “Inclusive Growth” and “Financial Development and Financial Inclusion” Courses to IMF-Singapore Regional Training Institute.

Besides studies and jobs, she also has an active part in some women empowerment and gender equality associations, committees, and programs.
