During this time, Mr. Afzali played important role in developing the Ministry checklist for all university employees, sharing his exceptional
expertise with the entire staff. He worked closely with the Chancellor's office, Chief Operating office, and Academics to ensure the university's quality assurance process was effectively implemented, providing relevant offices and departments with comprehensive checklists.
Despite his busy schedule, Mr. Afzali went above and beyond by conducting training sessions to all administrative staff, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the quality assurance office checklist.

It is with great pleasure that we announce Mr. Zabihullah Barakzai as the employee of the month for May 2023. Mr. Barakzai has been recognized for his exceptional
performance in the past two months. Over the last two months, Mr. Barakzai played a vital role in preparing thesis defense sessions for more than 40 students and finalizing the complete thesis process for over 50 students.
He also demonstrated his expertise by coordinating with various faculty and departments in the domain of research and communicating with the reviewer's board and authors of Kardan Journals.
In addition, Mr. Barakzai has been instrumental in streamlining the documentation and coordination for publishing upcoming issues of Kardan Journals and preparing the required documentation for accreditation of Kardan Journals at the Ministry of Higher Education in Afghanistan.

"Mr. Nayel has played an imperative role in supporting and strengthening the MBA and MIR departments. Additionally,
Mr. Nayel had an extraordinary performance during the last two months in the master's programs. He has worked hard in preparing the required Quality Assurance documents for both departments, recognizable cooperation with BBA department in the finalization of IACBE report for 2018 to 2020, modified committees’ structures for masters’ programs, and published two research papers recently in KJEMS. "He worked overtime, including the semester
break, to ensure that the department documentation is well prepared," said Dr. Habib Gul Zadran, Dean, Faculty of
Economics.

Mr. Mirwais Jalil is a hardworking and committed member of Kardan University, who over the past three months, has not only managed his usual duties as IT Manager for the university, but has also provided full support to IT sections in Kardan International School, Kardan Boys School, and Kardan Girls School.
Besides that, he upgraded the multi-domain network system to one centralized domain to reduce interruptions in daily services. He is an outstanding example of professional excellence.

We are delighted to announce Kardan University’s Verification Officer, Mr. Ahmad Khetab Maqsoudi, as Employee of the Month for December 2021. The 5-member Selection Committee selected him for the following reasons: Mr. Khetab has been actively engaged in the Office of the Registrar for the past several years. He has contributed tremendously towards improving the quality of services offered by this office.
“He’s a dedicated and hardworking individual who is very cooperative and supportive towards the rest of the staff at the Registrar's Office. Being a punctual and dynamic member of my team, Mr. Khetab is capable of handling more responsibilities than he is expected to”, said the University Registrar, Mr. Samandar Bawar.
Every semester, he manages all the terminal examination and paper checking arrangements, which sometimes requires him to work till late hours. Mr. Ahmad Khetab has always gone the extra mile and proven a great asset for Kardan University.

Congratulations to Mr. Omer Zazay, the Executive Assistant to Vice-Chancellor Academics; he is our Employee of the Month. During this month, Mr. Zazay had worked extremely well in handling students’ fees and exam-related queries, especially when the exams were shifted online. During this period, he worked actively and tirelessly.
“Omer has exceptionally performed well in managing students’ queries and responded to more than thousands of applications and met with over 100s of students.
