Ms. Zuhra Sahar
With a Master’s in Public Administration-HR Development, Ms. Zuhra Sahar is a BBA graduate from Kardan University. Prior to her current job as National Professional Officer at Swedish Embassy in Afghanistan, she was Program Officer at UNISCO’s LEAP project, where she provided technical support in the field of literacy to the MoI’s Literacy department. Along with managing the quarterly Magazine ‘Khedmat’ and being Gender Focal Point for UNICEO office, she has worked with UNICEF in a supporting role in the areas of education for the design, implementation and monitoring of education programs.
Ms. Sahar has years of experience in the areas of Education, Human Resource Development, Management, Gender Equality, Poverty Reduction, Human Rights and Democracy. She has been to international conferences and trainings in Italy, Sweden, Sri Lanka, India, and UAE.
