Mr. Qarar says that his studies at Kardan University were one of the best decisions in his career and helped him be prepared for the professional world, "Studying at Kardan University was one of the best decisions I have made. Because in Kardan University, besides knowledge and education, we had the opportunity to self-reflect and learn things that we were passionate about, and how to embrace change," he said.

A dedicated and ambitious professional, Mr. Qarar thrives on inspiring others and being a role model for them. "instead of looking for role models, I try to become one. I would love to be an inspiration for people around me by being attentive to my colleagues' needs, enjoying my time at work, and bringing some positive energy to the office. I constantly work on my skills and knowledge, learning new things and doing new things. If my subordinates see such an example, it will inspire them," He added.

Reflecting on his professional success, Mr. Qarar reveals, "My family, especially my mother and father, have helped a lot on my journey to success. My uncle's encouragement and advice also have played a critical role in my academic and professional success."

His advice and tips to other students and alumni, "Believe in yourself and your strengths, love yourself, become your priority, strive to be the "you" you want to be, nourish your body, mind, and soul, invest in self-improvement every day, and never stop trying. You are the creator of your destiny."
Mr. Qarar enjoys traveling and reading books, "I was traveling a lot before the global pandemic. One of the exciting parts of the trip for me was buying books, and during my free time, I enjoy reading books. Since I believe in a quote by Ernest Hemingway saying that "there is no friend as loyal as a book." We wish Mr. Qarar more success in his professional career.
