Rozina Arabzada
Rozina Arabzada obtained a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA), General Specialization from Kardan University in 2017. She also holds a diploma in General Accounting from Assam Don Bosco University based in India, and she plans to pursue her Ph.D. in Finance and Banking at a private university in India in the near future. Currently, Rozina works as a Deputy General Branches Manager at New Kabul Bank managing the reporting, evaluation, audit and policy development priorities at the national level.
Rozina has great entrepreneurial skills and business-thinking mindset. She has already founded RPV, a small scale tailoring business exclusively for women. She is motivated to help Afghan women getting employed not only at mid-level but also at managerial positions. Rozina also runs her own catering service business where she supplies traditional Afghan meals to the private and non-private organizations in Kabul. She has contracts with eight organizations in supplying and delivering lunch packages.
