Lemar Rahmani Stanikzai
Mr. Lemar Rahmani Stanikzai obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kardan University, Kabul Afghanistan in 2018. Mr. Stanikzai started his banking career in 2014, and as a Banking and Finance Professional, he has seven years of rich experience with different banks and financial institutions.
His area of interest is focused in Retail Banking, Sales and Marketing, Relationship Management, AML, Compliance and Product Development. During his extensive career, he held various positions such as Teller, Deputy Branches Manager, General Manager of Operations, and Deputy Chief Operation Officer.
Previously, he also served as a Technical Advisor with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries for two years. He has a passion for Business Development and Operational Excellence which is the product of his long-term experience in the banking sector. Stanikzai’s great success reflects his personal dedication for work, and Kardan University’s long-term commitment to offering quality education to its students and business professionals.
