Masters in Corporate Law (LLM-CL) is a postgraduate program established under the auspecies of the Faculty of Law. This field involves the study of the set of rules and regulations, principles, and legal standards that govern the relationships and commercial transactions of individuals, companies, and business institutions at both national and international levels. The necessity and appeal of this discipline are heightened by the rapid and extensive developments that we witness in the realm of commerce every day. Consequently, interest in this field is growing more than ever before, in line with its upward trajectory.

Academic Structure

The program’s duration for students with a bachelor’s degree in law and related fields is two years. However, for students with a bachelor’s in non-related field, the program duration is two and half years. Pre-requisite courses are required for non-related students.

Students who have completed a bachelor’s degree in law and related fields are required to take 42 credits in order to graduate.
