Mohammad Reza Darmani

Mohammad Reza Darmani holds a master’s degree in International Law from Kateb University, and a bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Sciences from Balk University, Afghanistan.

With an excellent educational background and dedication to fostering education, Mr. Darmani joined Kardan University as an Assistant Professor in 2018.

Previously, Mr. Darmani served as a fulltime lecturer and later as Dean Faculty of Law at Jahan University. During his teaching tenure, he has taught numerous courses, including Human Rights, Public International law, Constitutional Law, International Humanitarian Law, Commercial Law, Introduction to Politics, and many more.

He has conducted several research papers on critical topics such as Human Rights, International Law, and Afghanistan Constitution Law. His recent publications include “The Independence of The Judiciary in Post-Taliban Afghanistan” and “Legal Challenges to Afghanistan's Treaty Obligations – 2017”.

Additionally, he has attended conferences on Human Rights and Sustainable Development Goals 2016 Kabul and Parliamentary Education for Afghan Youth Kabul 2007.
