Kardan journals are published by DRD on behalf of Kardan University. Kardan journals are published under an open-access arrangement. All charges for publishing open-access articles in Kardan Journals are sponsored the Kardan University, whose address is at Parwane Du Square, Kabul Afghanistan. There is no charge to the author.
