Kardan University's CISCO Lab Organizes a Seminar on Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador Program for BCS Students from Various Universities across Kabul

The CISCO Lab at Kardan University organized a seminar on Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador Program on March 31, 2021, at the Parwan-e-Du campus to orient the students about the recent Microsoft initiatives and opportunities, especially Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors Program. This seminar was facilitated by Mr. Abdul Jamil, a Microsoft Student Ambassador.

Students from different universities participated in this seminar and were oriented about the requirements, advantages, resources, and opportunities of the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador Program and the application and onboarding processes of this program.

Fakhria Sadat, a student from Kardan University's Department of Computer Science, said, "Today's seminar was beneficial to me. Through this seminar, we learned about Microsoft's recent initiatives and received fruitful information about the application process of the Microsoft Student Learn Ambassador Program."  

During this seminar, students were also briefed about how the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors program can enhance their technical skills by providing the platform where they could interact with other Microsoft Student Ambassadors, Microsoft Professionals from all around the world. The students learned AI and machine learning, data and analytics, emerging technologies, the internet of things, mobile and web development, low code development, digital accessibility, education, green tech, and healthcare. They also got to know "Azure," the cloud computing platform of Microsoft, and its importance and benefits.

 "I had the opportunity to know about the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador program, and I appreciate Kardan University CISCO Lab's efforts for delivering such great training that paves the way for students to use from different opportunities," said Omidullah, Kardan University's Computer Science student.

In line with Kardan University's strategic goal of 'Excellence in Innovation and Growth,' the University has established CISCO Lab to enable Computer Science students, especially those studying networking-related subjects, to practice the theories they learn in the class.
