Kardan University's Journalism students visiting Arezo TV on a Study Tour

Kardan University's Journalism and Mass Communication Department students visited Arezo Television on a study tour on Monday, October 19, 2020, to witness TV programs' production stages.

Mir Mohammad Sediq Zaliq, Academic Administrator and Noorullah Babakarkhil, Journalism Department Lecturer, accompanied the students. Participating students learned about the production, dubbing, and broadcasting stages of TV programs accordingly.

Mubaseer Maroof, one of the political program presenters at Arezo TV, provided handy and useful information on presenting a political program and the standard methods used in hosting a political program.

"Organizing such study tours is beneficial for students to integrate their learned theories with more practical lessons. Participating in such study tours also motivates me to thrive and unleash my potentials further," said Ramin Sediqi, a Journalism Student.

"Visiting media and news outlets give us the chance to learn how TV Programs are produced and broadcasted. It also allows us to find out the existing loopholes and gain the required skills as we enter the job market," said Husna Latifi, a Journalism student.

Kardan University consistently endeavors to provide educational tours and practical work opportunities for students to achieve sustainable development goals, especially SDG 4: Quality Education in Afghanistan through the University's undertakings and initiatives.
