To increase awareness on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the community, Kardan University’s SDGs Youth Ambassadors Club Members came together, planned, and designed SDGs awareness campaign activities on Saturday, October 17, 2020, in Parwan-e-Du Campus.

The club members worked in different groups, and each group discussed their SDGs awareness campaign ideas and concepts. The teams evaluated their SDGs awareness campaign activities based on their positive impact on society. After 30 minutes of exchanging ideas, each group came up with one impactful SDGs awareness campaign activity.

Each group presented their best SDGs awareness campaign activity to the rest of the groups and utilized their comments and feedback. Consequently, the club members come up with four best SDGs campaign activities which they will plan and work on collectively on a priority basis.

“To provide awareness about the SDGs education and sustainability activities, we prioritize to launch awareness sessions among Kardan University students first, and then reach out to the wider community,” said an SDGs Youth Ambassadors Club Member.

Kardan University endeavors initiating training programs and educational events to enhance its commitment to meaningful education around SDGs in all its undertakings aiming to be positioned among the top universities of the world in Times Higher Education Impact Ranking 2021.
