Realizing that the COVID-19 pandemic presented socioeconomic challenges to many Afghan families to access food and other basic requirements during Ramadan, Kardan University donated around eight tons of food materials to 100 families of Imam Bukhari Orphanage students on May 12, 2020.

The donation included rice, flour, cooking oil, beans, tea, sugar, and salt. Kardan University is committed to continuing full support to our low-income families and those affected by the ongoing pandemic across the country.

As an academic institution, Kardan University continuously contributes to helping the needy families and individuals through its donation programs, scholarship and financial assistance schemes, corporate social responsibility programs, and more across different areas.
