In a prestigious event at Kardan University’s Taimani Campus on October 25, 2018, the Department of Research and Development (DRD) launched its first issue of Kardan Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (KJSSH) with the ISSN No: 2616-8707.

The first issue of the journal covers five research articles, one commentary and one book review. The contributors were presented with certificates of acceptance and were applauded and appreciated by the audience. The event was attended by the University leadership, Faculty Deans, lecturers and many students from different departments.

The launching of this Journal is a step forward towards Excellence in Research and Innovation, which is one of the major objectives of Kardan University’s five year Strategic Plan. It paves the way for more faculty and students to get involved in research and development activities and share their findings with the world.
