Kardan University is pleased to announce publication of yet another research paper by its Business Management faculty. The paper studies the relationship between “employees’ participation, job involvement, and employees’ relations” and “employees’ performance”. 200 employees working in Kabul-based telecom firms were interviewed for the study. The research will help managers in the telecom sector to understand ways to enhance employees’ performance by understanding the factors affecting it.
