Kardan University's Debate Club member, Mr. Ahmad Shah Dilawarzada secured the first position in the EGEMA Debate Championship organized by AIESEC Afghanistan. More than 100 debaters from around the country competed in the competition. The program is an initiative of UNDP Afghanistan which was organized by AIESEC Afghanistan in collaboration with UNV Afghanistan and Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs focusing on gender equality and women role in Afghanistan under the slogan of #JoinForEquality with the objective of having a positive social impact on the community.

The competition is held in different cities every year. This year, AIESEC Afghanistan chose Kabul city for hosting the EGEMA (Enhancing Gender Equality and Mainstreaming Afghanistan) initiative.
