The Faculty of Economics at Kardan University is conducting an online guest speaker session on SGD8, ‘Decent Work and Economic Growth,’ with a particular focus on Delivering Inclusive Growth—Role of Trade and Transit in Economic Development on Monday, October 5, 2020, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm.

The guest speaker invited for the session is Hojat Fazly, CEO of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Afghanistan. Mr. Fazly is an international political economist and a development practitioner—his research interests span the fields of global political economy, international relations, and development studies.

Mr.Fazly has served in different senior-level capacities for international organizations such as UNDP, World Bank, USAID, and SID in the Netherlands; he has been a professional in the private sector development industry for the last seven years and contributed considerably towards the sector.
