The Faculty of Economics at Kardan University organizes a series of virtual seminars for students taking online classes. Professors from renowned universities in the US, UK, and Australia will conduct online sessions on different topics.
Dr. Shaker Sarwary will conduct the second seminar scheduled through Zoom on Saturday, May 2, 2020, at 1:00 p.m, titled 'Challenges and Opportunities in Education and Technology in the Age of Corona Virus.'
Dr. Sarwary received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie, Paris, and Post Doctorate at UC Berkely, California. Currently, he is the Senior Director of Research and Development at Synopsys, a Silicon Valley-based leader in Electronic Design Automation.
Dr. Sarwary has years of academic research and teaching experience in France and the US, as well as extensive industry experience with many inventions recognized by over a dozen US patents, numerous publications, and well-received seminars in emerging electronics and design automation technologies.
