Through the office of International Affairs and Strategic Partnerships, Kardan University has entered in to an agreement with University of Opole, Poland in order to offer a staff exchange program within the framework of the international Erasmus + program. For the first round of the exchange program, University of Opole will be hosting three Kardan University staff members for the purpose of teaching and three for the purpose of training.

The Staff Mobility for Training

Program Features:

1. 5 days of stay in Opole (+ 2 days of travel) to shadow the job or otherwise learn how some processes are organized at the hosting university; further exposure on management techniques and methods

2. Travel costs reimbursed and €140 a day scholarship for staff members coming to Poland;

Selection Criteria:

The applicant must

1. Be a current employee of Kardan University with at least one year of full-time work experience with the university
2. Be performing at a management level position such as Manager, Coordinator or Administrator.
3. Be interested in career development in management positions
4. Be able to get consent from line supervisor for travel purposes
5. Hold a valid passport
6. Have shown proven record and ethics in terms of adhering to travel policies
7. At least have a Bachelor’s degree in any field
8. Be able to proficiently communicate in English Language
9. Provide a written expression of interest to participate in the training

The Staff Mobility for Teaching

Program Description:

1. Program offered in the fields of Economics, Social & Cultural Sciences and English Language
2. 5 days of stay in Opole (+ 2 days of travel) to teach at the hosting university for 8 hours;
3. Travel costs reimbursed and €140 a day scholarship for staff members coming to Poland;


Selection Criteria:

The applicant must

1. Be a full-time lecturer at Kardan University with minimum experience of 3 years in teaching
2. Have experience in publication and research
3. Be able to proficiently communicate in English Language
4. Be able to get consent from line supervisor for travel purposes
5. Have a minimum Master level educational credentials
6. Be able to create a teaching outline for the 8 hours of teaching in their field of education
7. Have a valid passport
8. Provide a written expression of interest and a brief outline for teaching
