The Faculty of Law was launched in 2009 with two departments (Department of Judiciary and Prosecution and Department of Administration and Diplomacy).

The structure of the faculty of law was revised in 2016 to match international standards. Thus Department of Administration and Diplomacy was made part of the Faculty of Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Law since the operate with department, namely Judiciary and prosecution. The Faculty of Law currently encompasses components and personnel that include Dean, Academic Administrator, Faculty, Technical staff, Program Officer, Students, Academic Council and Committees. In addition, the Faculty of Law has clinical programs, Moot Court, criminal technic laboratory, Kardan Journal of Law (KJL), likewise have a wide range of MoU with various organizations.
