Afghanistan wins the T20I series against Ireland played on the 6th, 8th, and 10th March 2020, in Greater Noida Ground, India.

Before kicking off the third match, Afghanistan had already won the first two games of the series and had secured an incontrovertible lead of 2-0.

Thanks to Qais Ahmad and Naveen Ul Haq, who displayed an outstanding performance by taking three wickets, each playing their first match of the series on the international stage. Their hard work and efforts paid off as Afghanistan appeared triumphant of the match series.

Rashid Khan played a match-changing role as he took the game to the Super Over –while the Blue Tigers fell short of luck as the game was snatch from them in the last ball by Kevin O'Brien, the Irish player.

Despite losing the 3rd T20I game to Ireland, the Blue Tigers secured the seventh-straight T20I win over Irland in India. According to the Cricket experts, this is an excellent run for the Afghan National Cricket team, and they have kept it going.
