Faculty of Economics Organizes an Informative Seminar on Public Credit Registry

The Faculty of Economics of Kardan University organized a one-day seminar on Public Credit Registry (PCR) for the students of BBA and BSc. Economics. The session was focused on increasing awareness on the need for PCR and its implementation.

The seminar was delivered by representatives from Afghanistan’s Central Bank; Da Afghanistan Bank, Azizi Bank, and The Islamic Bank of Afghanistan. The presentations were followed by a Q&A session where students asked the speakers about different aspects of the PCR.

The first presentation was presented by Dr. Sayed Aziz Sadat, the General Director of Public Credit Registry Office at Da Afghanistan Bank. The second and third presentations were presented by Azizi Bank and Islamic Bank of Afghanistan representatives respectively.

At the end, Dr. Sayed Aziz Sadat was given an appreciation certificate by Fawad Asim, the Academic Administrator of BBA and Qais Mohammadi the Academic Administrator of BSc. Economics.
