Abdul Baqi Sultani

Abdul Baqi Sultani completed his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kandahar University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration at Kardan University.

Mr. Sutlani is a fellow member of the Natural Science Association for Afghans (NSAA) and has completed a multitude of different professional training courses such as Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Practical Translation course and Young & Emerging Evaluators, Land Topographic Survey and Road Geometric Design with Eagle Point 2007, Soft Skills training workshop, Road Geometric Design with Civil 3D, Auto CAD 2D and 3D..

Mr. Sultani works as a senior translator and interpreter with Action Against Hunger on the Afghanistan Mission since April 2019. He has the experience of working with several other organizations such as construction companies, national and international organizations.

In collaboration with a colleague, Mr. Sultani has translated a series of 10 children’s books, “World’s Greatest Scientists”, into both Pashto and Dari languages. During his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, he performed field research on the topic of, “Flow Assessment in Zahir Shahi Canal”. Translation of the “Descriptive Geometry” textbook is another of Mr. Sultani’s work, which to date is not published.
