Mohammad Mustafa Khaliqi

Founder of Opportunities for Afghan Youth, Afghan Youth Volunteers Association & Course.af

Mohammad Mustafa Khaliqi is a Kardan University’s MBA student, holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science (Database field) from Kabul University in 2014. He is a multifaceted and highly experienced MIS manager at BRAC Afghanistan under GEC-T DFID funded project. Prior to joining BRAC Afghanistan, Mustafa had worked as MIS & Knowledge Management Specialist with OXFAM NOVIB and as Database Developer with Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ACCI).

Mr. Khaliqi is the founder and developer of Course.af, Afghanistan’s first course portal, founder of Opportunities for Afghan Youth & Afghan Youth Volunteers Association. To point out his work period significant achievements, he has developed HR MIS System for ACCI, GEC MIS for BRAC Education Program, MIS for OXFAM in Afghanistan, Course.af web portal and Websites for Afghan Youth Volunteers Association, Afghan Aim Consulting Services and Green Afghanistan Educational Organization.

Mr. Khaliqi had vast contributions in the development of Afghan youth and social activities through his association and platforms. He has voluntarily taken part as organizing partner in the organizing of Startup Grind Afghanistan’s events, Green International Model United Nations, Kabul University Model United Nations, and Kabul Model United Nations conferences.
