A BBA graduate from Kardan University with a 3.98 CGPA, Mr. Akhtari has been working with U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) since 2006, currently in the capacity of Senior Program Manager/Lead QAR. He has received more than 20 certificates from US and Afghan government authorities, such as certificates of appreciation during the opening ceremony of the Ministries of Defense and Interior Affairs, new compounds in 2015 and 2016, the Medals of Professional Leader and Skilled Manager by Three and Four Star US Army Generals in 2010 and 2012 as well as Best Employee award in 2013.After acquiring permanent residence of the United States, Mr. Akhtari has completed the preliminary steps for opening an Afghan restaurant and Halal markets in the Elk Grove city of California.
