40 Under 40 Award Winners

Ahmad Nazir Ekhlass

Ahmad Nazir is currently a student of BBA at Kardan University. Though economic problems kept him from pursuing higher education right after high school (for eleven years), but he never let go of the desire and hard work to excel in his education and career. He is currently Senior Project Manager at Afghan Center for Socio-Economics and Opinion Research (ACSOR).

He developed an interest in photography which he pursued with commitment and training different programs and techniques in photography. He eventually became a professional photographer where he has earned international recognition and has made a place for himself in the field.

Some of his achievements are:
- Photo put on display at ROM museum of Canada in 2014
- 2nd Prize Winner in EU photo competition in 2014
- 1st Prize Winner in Saba TV photo contest (theme: Handicap) in 2014
- Winner of return thicket in a photo contest (Afghanistan you are proud of) organized by Safi Airways
- Appearance on National TV channels such as Tolo, 1TV, Khurshid, Maiwand and Saba TV
