The primary objective of the Consultative General Assembly is to contribute advice and expertise towards the development of Kardan University’s Strategic Plan, Vision 2020. The General Assembly will be led by Kardan University’s Chancellor through the active engagement of the Strategic Plan Advisory Committee (SPAC). The General Assembly is an opportunity where recognized employers, organizational partners, government representatives, alumni, students, staff, and industry experts work together with Kardan University leadership to shape and influence policy development and strategic planning at an embryonic phase.

The General Assembly is a one day event and divided into main committees, each contributing towards specific strategic objective.

Expected Outcomes:

• Achieve the highest level of cooperation and consensus among the participants towards a shared vision for the University’s future directions;

• Identify substantive challenges, opportunities and innovative approaches towards the shared vision;

• Develop meaningful collaboration and relationship among the selected participants to enhance the University’s strategic direction;
