Job Summary
Kardan University is seeking young and energetic Communication Specialist, who will be responsible for reporting to Communications Manager. The Communications Specialist will assist with content management, social media responsiveness, and website development in Dari and regular communication requirements, including profiles of students, faculty and alumni.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic, integrated communication plans to promote Kardan’s profile at the national and international levels.
- Write, edit and revise Kardan’s communications materials, ensuring quality of content, production and delivery.
- Develop and update a comprehensive websites for Kardan Group based on the proven best practices, including references, videos, writing exercises, research support tools and handouts
- Support and lead the content management priorities, including Dari website, brochures and other communication materials for Kardan Group
- Create and execute innovative communications strategies for online and social media platforms.
- Support Kardan’s Group’s development priorities, including proposal development and outreach efforts across the public and private sectors.
- Serve as an integral member of the communication team, attending meetings, contributing expertise and supporting team priorities including proposal development and new admissions, as required
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Dari communication;
- Strong organizational, conceptual, and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent Dari Writing Skills;
- Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team and independently.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
