Kardan University is seeking an efficient, courteous Cashier who possesses excellent customer service skills. The Cashier will provide information and collect fees, issue receipts, answer inquiries.
To succeed as a Cashier, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, answer their questions, receive cash and issue receipts
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices are correct
- Maintain documentation of receipts and enter in database system
- Reconcile cash with the system
- Prepare and submit daily inflow collection report to Cash Manager
- Provide fee ledger to students
- Issue clearance to students after graduation
- Perform any task assigned by supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Written and verbal proficiency in Dari, Pashtu and English languages;
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to thrive in team environments.
