Kardan University is seeking an energetic Admission Information Officer who will be responsible for communication with students to handle all queries of the students in most effective and efficient way.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain front desk to satisfy all drop in queries regarding admission in various programs
  • Inform students regarding various programs offered in Kardan University and guide them how they can pursue them;
  • Obtain and maintain duly filled admission forms of all students interested in taking admission in any program at Kardan University;
  • Enter student’s data in database;
  • Raise issues that students encounter about access to equipment and facilities with the appropriate people in University;
  • Report issues that refer to students and require action at a higher level;
  • Have an input into Kardan University’s quality assurance process;
  • Liaise with students and management staff;
  • Report back to Admission and Communication Manager any issues raised at Kardan University;
  • Convey any information related to change in fee structure, admission procedure, credit base system, examination schedules, scholarship, etc. to students;
  • Answer telephone call in a professional manner.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Written and verbal proficiency in Dari, Pashtu and English languages;
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to thrive in team environments.
