All undergraduate (bachelor) programs of Kardan operates on a two semester system;
spring and fall. Students are required to earn at least 18 credits in each semester.
A total of 138 credits are required for the completion of the undergraduate (bachelor)
programs.
All diploma programs of Kardan operates on a three semester system, spring, summer,
and fall. Students under this program are required to earn at least 9 credits in
each semester. A total of 27 credits are required for the completion of the diploma
programs.
The course credit is assigned according to the number of in-class contact hours
associated with the course. One credit is earned for each 16 hours (50 minutes)
of in-class time. Generally 30-45 hours of assigned assignment is also associated
with each semester credit.
Acceptance of Transfer Credits
Each degree program has a minimum academic content specified in the semester credits.
Course credits with a grade of "C" or better earned at other colleges or universities
recognized by Kardan may be transferred into Kardan degree programs subject to acceptance
by the Dean of related department and Academic Vice Chancellor.
