The overriding purpose of the LLB program in Kardan is to provide a sound basis for the intellectual, human and professional development of the legally trained person throughout that person’s career and personal life. The content and structure of the LLB program recognizes that the learning of the law and its application is a life long process.

One of the greatest strengths of our LLB program is its modern curriculum that permits students to study all the important areas of law. Students are provided with basic substantive knowledge and skills in their first year and more intensive and advanced topics in their second and their year. In the fourth year the students will choose their specialized career interests and will be asked to submit a comprehensive written research paper and work as an internee in that field.

Kardan’s LLB program is directed to preparing students for a variety of roles within the legal system. Designed to lay the groundwork for the development of competent, talented, creative and sensitive professionals, our program prepares students for the rapidly changing society in which the creativity, imagination and human qualities of the lawyer and legally trained person are likely to be challenged to the fullest.
