Mr. Kakar has numerous contributions in different fields to his credit. He has been extremely active in the field of research and GIS with different organizations by attending several pieces of training in Germany, USA, Geneva, and Kyrgyzstan. With the help of different research organizations, he was able to provide short term internship opportunities for university instructors and government employees with Masters and Ph.D. degrees. He is also part of the group to develop the first Seismic Education Department at Kabul University.
