In the workshop entitled, (Business Ethics and Leadership Development of Afghan Managers and Policy Makers), Dr. Bahaudin Mujtaba will share the results of his research regarding the ethical maturity and leadership orientation of Afghan working adults. The session will encourage audience reflection and engagement in the application of these topics in both public and private sectors.

Dr. Bahaudin Mujtaba is an active researcher and professor of human resources, management, and leadership at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida of the United States of America. Dr. Mujtaba used to be a corporate manager, management development specialist, and an executive consultant in the retail industry for 16 years. He has been a speaker and lecturer in over ten different countries throughout North America, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
