IACBE Accreditation

Kardan University has been awarded with the first time accreditation through International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) for business and management.

In 2010, Kardan University filed an application for the membership with IACBE which was accepted and initially became the educational member. Afterwards, Kardan University became a candidate for accreditation in 2013. Finally, the Board of Commission of the IACBE granted an accreditation to Kardan University in December 2014.

In a press release, the IACBE stated, “The Department of Business Administration at Kardan University has undertaken a rigorous self-evaluation; has undergone a comprehensive, independent peer review; and has demonstrated compliance with the accreditation principle of IACBE. In addition, the Department of Business Administration has displayed a commitment to continuous improvement, excellence in business education and advancing academic quality in business and management programs.”

This vital milestone further ehnahnces Kardan University’s reputation as the leading private university in Afghanistan and a major contributor to nurturing a new generation of globally minded leaders and managers.

About MBA Accreditation

Department of Master of Business Administration applied and submitted its application on 10th, May, 2016 for the accreditation of new program (MBA) to IACBE. Afterwards, MBA department conducted a comprehensive Self-Study and submitted the Self-Study Manual to the Board of Commission of the IACBE for the review.
